  • Telephone interviews with professionally trained interviewers
  • Psychometric testing based around key criteria of job description
  • Presentation of short-listed candidates to the recruiter including each application form, ID check, telephone interview transcript (as well as a web link to audio files of the interviews) and basic psychometric test report
  • Successful candidates booked in for interview on behalf of the recruiter and confirmations sent
  • Full summary report presented back to the recruiter with breakdown of numbers applying, full ethnicity and media source of candidate (on or off-line)
